Gants Mill Wedding Photography

Gants Mill is absolutely one of my favourite wedding venues in Somerset. Not only does it manage to strike a perfect balance of stunning and intimate and run by a great crew, but it is also completely self-sustaining, using energy generated by the mill to power its weddings. What’s not to like! And it was this last reason which grabbed Pete & Roberta’s attention due to their passion for environmental issues. Because of this I wanted their Gants Mill wedding photography to reflect their attachment to the environment, to really capture them in their environment and highlight the rich colours around them.

Gants Mill also has my favourite location in the whole of Somerset. With Pete & Roberta sat outside on the wall overlooking the mill, and with me inside framing them with through the mill window creates a stunning shot. With the scope of the grounds behind them and the separation the window creates it allows them to relax and forget they are being photographed, resulting in some beautifully composed Gants Mill wedding photography with a relaxed and natural bride and groom.
