Cleeve Abbey Wedding Photography
Gabriel & Emma get married at Cleeve Abbey
For a location as steeped in history as Cleeve Abbey I wanted to do it justice with my Cleeve Abbey wedding photography. I felt I needed to have a classic feel to reflect the buildings and heritage, but still maintain my style of contemporary and relaxed wedding photography. To achieve this I pre-planned my shots, framing the architecture in creative ways that showed it off, but would always maintain the focus on Gabriel & Emma. When it came to photograph the bride and groom it meant that there was minimal time at each location, and, as I always do, meant that I could keep my distance to allow them to relax and for their interactions with each other to be natural resulting in contemporary Cleeve Abbey Wedding Photography.
Following the ceremony at Cleeve Abbey we all moved on to Dunster Tithe Barn, a beautiful, rustic venue in the historic market town of Dunster. With the formalities done, it was great to photograph the guests, and most importantly the bride and groom, having a blast on what turned out to be a beautiful summers evening. But not wanting to waste one of my favourite locations in all of Somerset, just as the sun was going down I grabbed Gabriel & Emma to stand in the high grass behind the barn to capture the views across the Dunster rooftops out to the sea, making to stunning Dunster Tithe Barn wedding photography.
